MusiKiva Canada Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing music exchange programs, using the foundations of music therapy, between children and youth in Canada and those in Africa.

VISION
Music is the catalyst for empowering self-expression and enriching human connection and cultural harmonyOUR PURPOSE
• to facilitate the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of a Music Therapy Exchange Program with children and youth in Canada and Africa
• to ensure the delivery of a professionally –designed program which utilizes therapeutic music interventions to foster the development of individual self-esteem and cultural connection and harmony
• to provide a program which specifically and simultaneously serves the needs of disadvantaged and “at-risk” children and youth in Canada and Africa
• to ensure the integrity of the program through the use of professionally-trained music therapists and their aides to deliver the Music Therapy Exchange program in Canada and Africa
• to secure the financial and material resources necessary for the successful development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the program
• to establish all policies and agreements necessary for the successful development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the program
